CUSTOM APPAREL, VINYL HTV, CANDLES, ETC.

All sales are final and Elephat Supply and Apparel is not responsible for any other fees or taxes you may pay.

Festival purchases are final as we provide a dressing room for the benefit that item fits correctly. 

Non custom items can be returned but with a restocking fee. 

When will I get it?

Most orders are fulfilled and out the door within 7 business days. If you selected an expedited shipping method like Second Day or Overnight, your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude most US holidays. Once your order ships, it will take 1 to 5 business days to arrive depending on which shipping method you selected and your shipping address.

Expected Shipping Times

We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible.

Orders placed Monday through Saturday by 2:00 pm Central Time will generally leave our business by the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST or on Sunday and holidays will generally leave our business within 2 business days.
